Radio Holland Netherlands has its headquarters in Rotterdam, with regional offices in Delfzijl, IJmuiden and Vlissingen, Harlingen, Den Helder and Lauwersoog. Radio Holland Netherlands employs appr. 235 people. Three subsidiaries are active: Radio Holland Content@sea specialising in on-line electronic information on-board and "Program Service" (Subscription on video-cassettes for ships), and Venteville in specialised nautical equipment.

Radio Holland Netherlands is part of the Radio Holland Group, an independent, global group of companies, strategically located along all major shipping routes, specialised in the supply, installation and service of maritime electronics. The Radio Holland Group represents a wide range of internationally renowned manufacturers and continuously focusses on electronic & functional innovations and also offers tailormade customer consultancy. Radio Holland is known for its 24-hour service on the spot and has many various customers in the international shipping market. Over the years the Radio Holland Group has built up extensive know-how in maritime technology and equipment regulations. The Radio Holland Group employs more than 1000 people worldwide in 60 branches and achieves an annual turnover of appr. 212 mln. Euro.
